EconoBot Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EconoBot, a Discord global money game, and associated services provided by EconoBot (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By adding EconoBot to your server or utilizing its services in any manner, you ("user" or "you") agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Prohibited Conduct

Rule One: Users are prohibited from utilizing user-bots, macros, scripts, auto-typers, or any automated means for command execution. Excessive command/button spam is strictly prohibited. Participation in activities that breach Rule One, whether directly engaging or passively observing, risks account banning.

Rule Two: Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities within EconoBot is forbidden. Users must promptly report any discovered exploits or bugs to the EconoBot Community Server. Failing to report, sharing with others, or withholding information regarding exploits is subject to banning.

Rule Three: The use of alternative or secondary accounts for EconoBot is prohibited. Evading blacklists/bans through alternate accounts is not allowed, including voting on alts.

Rule Four: EconoBot's in-game currency is not to be traded or exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, Discord Nitro/Boosts, or other bot currencies. Any transaction involving real money outside of our services will result in a ban.

Rule Five: Users must adhere to EconoBot's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Any additional terms imposed by third-party services, such as bot lists, are enforceable through EconoBot.

2. Data Collection and Storage

Data Collected By Commands: Certain user-provided data (typically through commands) may be collected and stored, primarily Discord IDs. By providing such data, users relinquish any rights to the content shared.

Data Storage: All collected data is securely stored on protected servers (MongoDB). While diligent efforts are made to secure and safeguard data, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

3. Agreement

By utilizing EconoBot or its services in any capacity, you expressly consent to the policies outlined in these Terms. This Privacy Policy extends to all EconoBot sites and subdomains of econobot.bitmantis.xyz.

4. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service: Your use of EconoBot is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. It is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Service Availability: The owner reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under the sole discretion of the owner, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

5. Indemnification

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the owner and its licensee and licensors, as well as their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.

6. Termination

Termination: The owner reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under the sole discretion of the owner, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
